Art and Soul: Tidal Basin Treats

Beginning March 26th (tomorrow!) through April 11th, Art and Soul will celebrate Spring and it's Cherry Blossoms with a cherry/Japanese themed cocktail and menu.

Dinner: $55 gets you a three-course meal, courtesy of Executive Chef Travis Timberlake:
  • Hamachi Sashimi with citrus-radish salad and sambal-ponzu dipping sauce
  • Crispy Whole Rockfish with soba noodle stir fry and sour cherry-sake sauce
  • Hojicha Green Tea Cheesecake with mandarin-quat marmalade.
Cocktails: ($10) General Manager Jay Poblador's own Sakura (Vodka, cherry sake, walnut liquor, and sour cherry syrup.)
